Warranty

Pinpoint Dry Goods are built to last. If you have any issue with stitching or hardware, please get in touch with us at customerservice@pinpointdrygoods.com with photos and we will evaluate the best way to proceed. We want your purchase to last a long time and are happy to help make that happen.

If your product is damaged due to circumstances outside of the control of Pinpoint Dry Goods, we cannot guarantee we will be able to fix it. The warrantee does not include things like incorrect cleaning, negligent damage, or being chewed by a dog (nor other animals – keep your bags away from goats too).

However, if something wild and crazy does happen to your item you can always reach out and we will lend help whenever possible. Repairs not covered by our warrantee may be completed for a reasonable fee on a case-by-case basis.
