Leather Care

One of the many things to love about leather is the durability and longevity if cared for properly. Overtime leather softens and gains a wonderful patina effect showing off to the world how long you’ve been using and loving your item.

The exterior of our leather products is water resistant. This means that any small amount of water can we wiped off with a dry cloth. We do recommend using an umbrella if it is really raining though, extended exposure to excess water isn’t good for leather.

If you spill something on your bag wipe it off with a slightly damp cloth. If there appears to be staining, seek out leather cleaning products. Always spot test first.

If the interior of your bag gets really wet (like an open water bottle) – pour out excess water, turn the bag inside out, pat with a dry towel, and let the bag dry completely before using again.

Overtime, your leather item may need a little extra moisturizing just like your skin does. We recommend using leather conditioner (cream, not wax). Remember, always test any products in an inconspicuous place first to make sure there will be no staining or damage.
