Return Policy
While we hope you will love your Pinpoint Dry Goods purchase. However, if that is not the case for some reason, here are the details on what to do.
Only clean, unused products that are in their original condition can be returned. Original tags must be in place. If your item is not in the same, unused condition that we shipped it in, we cannot accept the return, nor offer a refund.
EXCHANGES
Pinpoint Dry Goods is not currently able to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange one item for another, you will need to return the unwanted item and then re-purchase the new item you would like.
RETURNS
If your Pinpoint item is not quite as you expected, we understand that these things happen. Before returning your item, please note the following:
- There will be a $5 restocking fee
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Your returned item must be shipped back to Pinpoint Dry Goods with 14 days of when you received it. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to initiate a return.
- Please email us at customerservice@pinpointdrygoods.com to initiate the return.
- There are two return shipping options, we can e-mail you a return shipping label and the cost of that shipping (plus the $5 restocking fee) will be deducted from your refund amount. Or you can pay for the shipping yourself and you will be issued your refund minus the $5 restocking fee.
- Please make sure you have the correct address when mailing back to us, we are not responsible for items that do not arrive to us.
- Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed once we receive your item(s).
We apologize if this seems like a tedious refund policy. We are a small, independent company and are not able to absorb extensive shipping costs currently. Hopefully one day that will change, and if/when it does – the policy will be updated here.
